11/01/02 (A) Sgt. Ryan D. Foraker 31, Logan, Ohio U.S. Army Reserve Guantanamo, Cuba Non-combat - Suicide Disappeared in Guantanamo, Cuba, on Sept. 24. His clothes and personal effects were found near the water's edge at Guantanamo Bay. The Army declared him dead a month later.
